    Job Description:
    • Role 1: Client Acquisition:
      • Possess extensive experience in web project planning, online marketing, new media advertising.
      • Ability to acquire clients from cold call clients to referral clients.
      • Ability to think strategically, creatively, within the online platform.
      • Able to make client visits (in Bangkok) independently. Owning a car is a plus.
      • Eager to learn new things and dig deep on the job.
    • Role 2: Consultant: As a 'consultant' s/he feels comfortable sitting with a client, hearing first hand about client's requirements and be able to make 'suggestions' on the fly. S/he will also generate necessary documents to accompany the consultation session (minor documents).
    • A must: be a creative and an independent thinker in the world of marketing/ online marketing.

    Position: Web Project Manager
    Qualifications:

    • Experienced and knowledgeable in the 'process' of web development, web technology, and web design.

    Job Description:

    • Web Project Managers will usually start the day with a cup of coffee at 9am.
    • Role 1: Web Project Management: As a project manager, s/he will be reminded that most of her/his time during the day will be spent as a Project Manager where s/he will be Managing key accounts from start to finish. S/he realizes that her/his management role can be exercised as a form of art.
    • S/he then goes to lunch at 12pm - 1pm.
    • Role 2: Consultant: As a 'consultant' s/he feels comfortable sitting with a client (training and buddy team provided), hearing first hand about client's requirements and be able to make 'suggestions' on the fly that will be valid throughout the production cycle. S/he will also generate necessary documents to accompany the consultation session (minor documents).
    • From this role, s/he'll notice that her/his 'Visual Design' sensibility plays as much an important role as her/his 'Technical' vocabulary of the web and her/his 'Marketing Creativity' can help make her/ him outstanding.
    • Role 3: Client Relationship: As a Web Project Manager, s/he enjoys assisting in the process of client acquisition and closes deals (follow up client leads, make client contacts - phone calls, emails, arrange client meetings). So s/he realizes that her/his communication skills is very crucial.
    • S/he then wraps up her/his day at 6pm. On the way home s/he notices that there are plenty of transportation means around the office area including the BTS.
